Morgan will be pausing her practice until provincial restrictions lift. If you have an upcoming Manual Osteopathic appointment booked she will be in touch to reschedule.

HOURS: Mondays 1:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesdays 9:30am-2:30pm & Wednesdays 9:30am - 8pm >>>>> Are you are suffering from pain or discomfort? Or dealing with a chronic injury/condition that is not healing? Manual Osteopathy is one of the most in-demand manual therapies that focuses on resolving the root case of your pain.

Osteopathy is a safe and gentle manual therapy that targets the framework of the body: bones, ligaments, muscles, and connective tissues or fascia. Manual Osteopaths assess the condition of the musculoskeletal system looking for areas of weakness, imbalance or excessive strain.

Treatments will often incorporate orthopedic assessment, cranial-sacral techniques, fascial work, visceral assessment and manipulation, joint mobilizations, cupping therapy, soft tissue work, and muscle energy techniques to help restore function, relieve pain and improve blood flow throughout the body.

[Morgan treats all ages from child to senior. Prenatal/postnatal patients welcome]

WELCOME MANDY! It's been awhile since we have brought on a new RMT to the Continuum Wellness Massage Team and we could not be more pleased to have Mandy (Ching-I) Tsai join us. While she is new to us, she has been an RMT for several years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. Between her sports background, additional training in cupping, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage as well as being a mom, her approach is holistic and masterful. She will be working Wednesdays and Fridays to start with plans to take on additional days as her practice builds. We can't wait for you to book in with her as we know you are in great hands!

We are a collaborative team of RMTs who truly enjoy working together to provide you with the best care possible. Many of us have been practicing for over a decade and collectively have over 10 different evidence based therapies and modalities to offer as part of our massage treatments.

While our philosophy of client care is aligned, you will find that all of us treat differently and view the body uniquely based on our experiences, training and continuing education, and this is a GREAT thing! The differences in our treatments and self-care recommendations is what makes us an unstoppable team committed to your health. Many of our clients even prefer to alternate between therapists for this very reason.

Whether you are coming in to relax or to rehab an injury, we are confident when we say that you are in good hands. We hope you feel right at home when you come visit our clinic.

RMT FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE: February 1, 2021 we will be raising our RMT appointment fee by $5 (incl. HST)

All of our Massage Therapists are registered and in good standing with the CMTO and can provide a receipt upon payment that can be submitted for reimbursement.

Craniosacral treatments are offered as part of a massage treatment with Eleanore Scott, RMT or book with Morgan Donaldson, DOMP under Manual Osteopathy.

Craniosacral Therapy does not involve any spinal manipulations or adjustments but focuses on the use of gentle, light-touch therapy to align the structural integrity of the body. Restrictions can be detected and corrected using simple methods of touch. The craniosacral system is assessed and treated through gentle palpation of the cranium, spine and sacrum. Restrictions are released in any structures influencing the craniosacral system.

By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body's ability to self-correct, Craniosacral Therapy is able to alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions, from chronic pain and sports injuries to stroke, concussions, vertigo, TMJ and neurological conditions.
